2012 SWGT REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Dear Junior Golfer and Parent(s),
The Southwest Junior Golf Tour continues to prosper. We look to enroll 215 juniors this year. Please read and understand all pertinent information, especially the alternate status situation and our cancellation refund policy. Refunds will be sent promptly by mail. All entries require an entry form.
The SWGT offers only two payment options. This system alleviates many problems with regard to our efforts to administer this tour and allows us to better plan for each tournament. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and for your family’s involvement. Remember everyone is invited to the year-end SWGT Founders Cup Tour Championship tournament.
It is your responsibility to read and understand all of the SWGT website information. Please be aware that as a member or parent of a player of this tour you take on many responsibilities. Your actions everywhere on or off the course can directly influence the direction and the ultimate success of this tour.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Option 1
Pay the registration fee and any or all tournament fees for the entire tournament series by April 30, 2012.
Option 2
Pay the regular registration fee and the tournament fees for any or all first half events by April 30, 2012. If you register on or after May 1, 2012 you are deemed to be registering late and your late registration fee per junior is $90. In either case, please remember that your remittance for the second half events is then due by June 19, 2012.

All tour members are invited to play in the Founders Cup Championship.
- You must register for the 2012 Founders Cup Championship by July 10, 2012.
- Registration materials are to be printed from this website, completed, and sent via mail with applicable fees payable to the Southwest Junior Golf Tour.
DO NOT SEND THE REGISTRATION FEE IN ALONE. THAT IS INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION, YOU WILL GET A PHONE CALL.
Please do not use staples or scotch tape in binding pages together.
